Our Mission Statement
Our Mission is to improve the quality of life to individuals living with Autism and Learning Disability in a homely environment. We value employees and challenge them to make a difference to other people’s lives. Person centred care forms the core of the service we provide here at Priority Choice Healthcare Limited. Priority Choice Health Care Limited offers a wealth of personal and functional care and associated domestic services to meet the needs of dependent clients (“Service Users”) these may also include older people, those with Autism and Learning disability and people who need assistance due to illness, to continue living in their own homes and community. This will be achieved by promoting a standard of excellence, which embraces fundamental principles of Good Care practice that is witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and control of quality care in the domestic environment.
Philosophy Of Care
We value each person as an individual, and as part of a team, deliver the highest level of service user support and care which respects individuality, privacy, dignity in a safe homely setting. We strive to enable people to shape their own futures according to their abilities, interests and aptitudes in order to maximise their independence, to accept personal responsibility, and to respect others, whatever their level of ability might be.
Person Centred Care
Putting the individual at the heart of everything we do Priority Choice Health care Limited takes a person centred approach to supporting individuals and we use person centred planning to enable people to work towards the goals they wish to achieve. This means that we tailor what we do and how we do it to suit each person’s specific, and often, complex needs. We spend time listening to, and understanding, an individual. We learn about what’s important to the people, what their needs and wants are, and how they would like to live their life. Then we work closely with them and their family, as well as other support professionals to create a person centred plan. This sets out what their goals are and how we will work together to help them achieve them.
